I will miss Joe and his wisdom. He was calm and collected in his performed duties for the NALC. He always answered his phone for any counsel that was needed and did not hesitate to offer advice to anyone who called on him. He was truly an outstanding leader. NALC Branch 142 including myself was, without question, BLESSED to have him.
To Mrs. Judy Henry:
My sincerest condolences in this time. May God keep and strengthen you. Thank you so much for sharing Joe with us. I know Joe put in a lot of hours assisting the NALC membership and sometimes saving carriers from themselves. He did an outstanding job and his mentoring will be missed.
To the Family:
God has all the answers and everything is done in His time. I pray that HE keeps the family strengthen and comforted through this time. NALC Branch 142 is here at your disposal and we remain family.
